This 35 minute express pool workout is a high energy program with the choice higher and lower impact options. It’s designed focus on cardiovascular fitness, so is a great calorie burner. Different to Aqua Dance and Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Cardio will be a faster pace and will hold those plyometric, cardio and agility moves for a little longer to really concentrate on stamina and technique. The class will also have elements of balance, coordination and toning. The added benefit of pool based cardio exercise is that the resistance of the water will also promote strength and toning throughout the body.
